GEF One Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective 27 August 2026. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid GEF One platform subscriptions charged by Global Enterprise Financial, Inc. It should be read together with the GEF One Subscriptions and Platform Fees section of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Cancelling a subscription

Customers may cancel a paid GEF One subscription at any time through the subscription-management functionality available in the GEF One customer portal, or by contacting support@globalenterprisefinancial.com. Cancellation stops future subscription renewal. Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, access to the paid plan will continue until the end of the current paid billing period, after which the account will move to the GEF One Access (free) plan or other available status.

Refunds

GEF One subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period has commenced, except where a refund is required by applicable law, a duplicate charge or billing error has occurred, or Global Enterprise Financial, Inc. determines that exceptional circumstances justify a refund. Customers who believe they have been charged incorrectly should contact support@globalenterprisefinancial.com and provide sufficient information to identify the account and charge. Customers should never send passwords, wallet seed phrases or private keys in a support request.

Third-party provider charges

GEF One subscription fees are separate from charges imposed by independent third-party financial, payment, digital-asset or other service providers, including Stripe as GEF's subscription payment processor. Refunds or reversals relating to a charge made directly by a third-party provider are subject to that provider's terms and applicable law.

Blockchain and network charges

Blockchain network or gas fees may be paid to the applicable blockchain network or other participants and may be irreversible once a transaction has been submitted or confirmed. Such fees are not GEF One subscription fees and are not covered by this Policy.

Self-custodial wallets

Cancelling a GEF One subscription does not transfer, close, seize or give GEF ownership or control of a customer's independently controlled self-custodial wallet. The customer remains responsible for their wallet, credentials, private keys and recovery information at all times, whether or not a paid subscription is active.

Plan changes

If GEF enables upgrades or downgrades between GEF One plans, the applicable price, effective date and any proration will be shown before you confirm the change.

Price changes

GEF may change subscription pricing from time to time. Where required by applicable law, customers will receive notice before a new price applies to a future renewal.
