How to make a complaint

If something has gone wrong — with your GEF One account or with a product delivered through a connected Licensed Partner — here is exactly how to raise it and what happens next.

Step 1 — Tell us what happened

Contact support at support@globalenterprisefinancial.com or through the Contact page with your account details, what happened, and what outcome you’re looking for. Most issues are resolved at this stage.

Step 2 — Formal escalation

If it isn’t resolved, ask for it to be escalated to compliance@globalenterprisefinancial.com. A formal complaint is logged, acknowledged, and tracked through to a written outcome.

Step 3 — If it involves a connected partner

Where appropriate, GEF may assist in directing or coordinating a complaint with the applicable Licensed Partner. The applicable provider's complaints process remains responsible for the underlying regulated service.

External escalation

Where a complaint concerns a regulated financial product provided by a Licensed Partner, the applicable provider's complaints process, regulator and external dispute-resolution mechanism will apply according to the relevant product, provider and jurisdiction. GEF will identify the applicable provider and escalation pathway in the relevant product documentation once the provider relationship has been verified. Privacy complaints concerning personal information should be directed to privacy@globalenterprisefinancial.com. Complaints concerning GEF One's platform, technology, onboarding or services provided directly by GEF should be directed to complaints@globalenterprisefinancial.com.

GEF One is a technology and financial-services access platform operated by Global Enterprise Financial, Inc. GEF is not itself a bank or other regulated financial-services provider unless expressly stated for a specific service and jurisdiction. Regulated banking, payment, card, investment and digital-asset services are provided by the applicable Licensed Partner or authorised provider. Availability depends on provider coverage, customer eligibility and jurisdiction.
