Digital-asset wallets may be available through a connected Digital Asset Partner. Where the applicable wallet is non-custodial, the customer controls the wallet's private keys and GEF does not have custody of those assets. Supported assets, networks and custody arrangements vary by product and are disclosed before activation.
Trade USDC into Bitcoin or Dogecoin and back through your connected Digital Asset Partner's real cross-chain swap infrastructure — not a one-way top-up.
A virtual card, issued through a connected Card Issuer Partner, may allow eligible card transactions to be funded from the applicable account balance, subject to the card programme's terms, authorisation process and available balance.
GEF is not a bank and does not represent itself as one. Personal banking access through GEF One is provided by an appropriately licensed and regulated Banking Partner, who is identified before you open an account and who is responsible for the regulated side of your account — opening and maintaining it, holding your funds, processing deposits, withdrawals, payments and transfers, applying banking rules and account limits, KYC and AML checks, safeguarding or protection arrangements, statements and records, interest where applicable, and its own complaints process. GEF provides the technology platform and access infrastructure you use to apply for and manage the account, and does not itself accept deposits, operate a bank account, or hold customer banking funds unless expressly stated for a specific service and permitted under applicable law.
Before you open an account we'll tell you who the Banking Partner is, including its regulator, licence or registration number, jurisdiction, account type, currencies, how your funds are held, and what deposit or safeguarding protection applies. We only publish provider detail once the banking relationship, licence and jurisdictional permissions have been verified — confirmed partners are listed on Licensed Partners and Licences & Regulatory Status as they come on board.
Personal banking availability is country and product specific — a Banking Partner authorised in one country may not be authorised in another, and availability can also depend on your nationality, residence, tax residency and customer type. We only show a country as available once the applicable partner and regulatory position have been confirmed; current confirmed availability is published on Jurisdictions.
Personal banking is available to eligible customers who meet the applicable Banking Partner's requirements — generally at least 18, resident in an eligible jurisdiction, and able to provide valid identification, proof of residential address and tax-residency information, and complete identity verification and KYC/AML checks. Applicants may also need to satisfy the provider's risk requirements and any additional account-opening criteria it sets. Submitting an application doesn't guarantee approval; the Banking Partner makes the final call on account opening.
Depending on the Banking Partner and jurisdiction, GEF One may give you access to a personal transaction account for everyday banking and eligible payments and transfers, a multi-currency account where available, an international account designed for cross-border payment and currency needs, and other personal banking products as we establish further licensed relationships. The actual features, currencies, transaction limits and account functionality are determined by the relevant Banking Partner, not by GEF.
Banking fees depend on the specific Banking Partner and account product, and can include account, monthly or annual, transaction, international transfer, foreign-exchange, ATM, card and replacement-card fees, receiving fees, intermediary banking charges and other provider charges. Applicable fees are disclosed before or during account opening — GEF doesn't represent that all banking services are free, and any separate GEF platform fee is shown separately from Banking Partner fees.
Where a banking product requires customer funds to be held in a bank account, those funds are held by the Banking Partner identified in your account documentation — GEF does not become the owner or custodian of banking funds simply because you access the account through GEF One. Deposit protection and safeguarding are not the same thing: deposits held with a licensed bank may benefit from a statutory deposit-protection scheme, subject to that jurisdiction's rules and limits, while payment institutions and other regulated providers may instead be subject to safeguarding requirements. The protection that actually applies depends on the legal entity holding the funds, the account type, the jurisdiction, the regulatory regime and the specific product structure, and we won't describe funds as "protected", "insured" or "guaranteed" unless that protection has been verified and its conditions and limits are clearly disclosed.
GEF One provides the digital platform, account-access technology, application and onboarding functionality, customer communication, product information and platform-related customer support — GEF does not represent that it is the underlying bank simply because banking services are accessible through GEF One. The Banking Partner is responsible for the regulated banking service itself: account approval and administration, holding deposits, transaction processing, banking compliance, account restrictions and closure, payment processing, any applicable safeguarding or deposit protection, and regulated customer complaints, all as set out in its own terms. As a result you may end up with two relationships: one with GEF for the technology platform and GEF services, and a separate one with the Banking Partner for the underlying banking service — review the Banking Partner's account agreement and product terms before opening an account.
Complaints about the GEF One website, platform or GEF's own services can be sent to support@globalenterprisefinancial.com. Complaints about the underlying banking service — account-opening decisions, restrictions, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, banking transactions, interest, banking fees, account closure or card transactions — are generally directed to the Banking Partner under its own complaints procedure, including any external dispute-resolution scheme or financial ombudsman available in that jurisdiction.
Global Enterprise Financial, Inc. is not a bank. GEF One is a technology and financial-services access platform, and personal banking services available through it are provided by the relevant Banking Partner, where available. The applicable provider, licence, jurisdiction, account structure, fees, custody and protection arrangements vary by product — don't assume that funds accessed through GEF One are protected by a deposit-guarantee scheme or other compensation arrangement unless that protection is identified in the relevant product documentation. Personal banking products may not be available in all jurisdictions.
You can begin a GEF One Personal application from Open an Account. Your application will be subject to the eligibility, identity-verification and account-opening requirements of the applicable connected Banking Partner, and approval is never guaranteed.
