What is GEF One?
The GEF One platform
Global Enterprise Financial, Inc. operates GEF One, a technology and financial-services access platform designed to provide customers with a unified interface for accessing and managing supported platform features and available third-party partner services. Depending on the customer’s plan, jurisdiction, eligibility and available provider integrations, GEF One may include account dashboards, connected self-custodial wallet functionality, multi-wallet portfolio views, transaction history, reporting tools, partner-service interfaces and access pathways to supported financial and digital-asset services.
GEF is not a bank
Global Enterprise Financial, Inc. is not a bank. Where a service requires a regulated or specialist provider, the underlying service is provided by the applicable independent third-party or Licensed Partner and remains subject to that provider’s eligibility criteria, terms, fees, availability and regulatory permissions.
What you’re subscribing to
A paid GEF One subscription is a subscription to GEF’s technology platform and the features included in the selected plan.
Depending on your plan, a subscription may provide access to:
- the GEF One customer dashboard
- supported connected-wallet functionality
- multi-wallet access
- consolidated portfolio views
- transaction-history functionality
- enhanced reporting and platform tools
- integrated interfaces for available partner services
- other technology features made available for the selected plan
What a subscription is not
A GEF One subscription is not itself a deposit, bank account, investment, cryptocurrency purchase or custody product. Subscription charges are separate from charges that may apply when a customer uses an underlying third-party service. Depending on the service, additional provider fees, transaction fees, blockchain/network fees, foreign-exchange charges, spreads or other disclosed charges may apply.

Wallet access, in plain terms
Each GEF One plan includes a wallet allowance — a set number of Included Wallets you can connect at no extra charge, up to your plan’s entitlement. A Supported External Wallet outside your plan’s allowance, or one GEF does not yet have a commercial relationship with, may require an optional external-wallet add-on. Any add-on fee, if enabled, will be published and disclosed before you are ever charged for it.
Your wallet remains yours
Connecting a supported self-custodial wallet to GEF One does not transfer ownership or control of that wallet to Global Enterprise Financial, Inc. Customers remain responsible for their external wallets and private keys. GEF does not require customers to provide their seed phrase or private key to connect a supported self-custodial wallet. A wallet provider or other third-party service may require the customer to approve or sign an action using the applicable wallet interface.
